Certified Nurse Midwife

Ashley Taylor is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, who is passionate about providing empowering women’s health care. She has spent years supporting families during childbirth as a labor nurse and midwife. She is licensed in Tennessee as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Registered Nurse, with a special certification in Inpatient Obsteric Nursing. Her passions are supporting physiologic birth, evidence-based practice, and healthcare quality improvement. The foundation of her practice is education and empowerment seeking to help people have the information they need to make informed decisions about their bodies and their healthcare. Ashley lives in Summertown, TN, with her husband and two children and can usually be found at a ball-field or enjoying time with friends in the sunshine. She is excited to join the Diana Health team and deliver empowering, compassionate women’s healthcare to women at our Smyrna practice and the Greater Nashville community!
