Did you know that there are certain visit types that don’t require you to come see us in person? We’re thrilled to offer these visits virtually, so that you can stay at home and get the care you need with the ease of just a few clicks.
We offer convenient telehealth visits for:
- Birth control support
- Urgent needs like UTIs, and vaginal irritation
- Help understanding & managing the symptoms of perimenopause & menopause
- Family planning, including understanding health/lifestyle factors that affect fertility, plus preconception counseling
- Follow up visits to discuss lab results
- And more…
Here’s How It Works:
Step 1
Book your virtual visit online or by calling your local Diana Health practice
Step 2
We’ll send you a confirmation text and email, with initial questions, if relevant, to help us get to know you and your concern
Step 3
10 minutes before your visit, we’ll send you the link to the Zoom room you and your provider will meet in
Step 4
Meet with your provider!
Step 5
In the event we’re unable to cover everything during your visit, your provider will work with you on a follow-up plan, which may require an in-person visit. Telehealth is a great place to start the conversation, though!
We Accept Insurance
Most major medical insurance plans, including TennCare, cover virtual visits. If you have any questions about
your coverage, please call your local Diana Health practice.
*Please note: For insurance purposes, you must physically be in the state of Tennessee to be covered for a telehealth visit
