Erica Pahua was born and raised in San Fernando Valley, California. Growing up, she loved listening to the birthing adventures that her grandmother, a midwife in El Salvador, had embarked on and from a young age Erica knew that Women’s Health was her calling. Erica has extensive experience in women’s health, first serving as a labor and delivery nurse for several years before obtaining her Master’s degrees as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Erica believes that birth is empowering. She honors every woman’s right to birth in a safe and supportive environment and is passionate about providing quality care for the families she serves. Erica views any birth that she attends as a sacred moment that must be guarded and respected. She always ensures that the beauty of birth prevails while ensuring that a safe environment is maintained.
