Menstrual Health Services

If your period puts your life on hold – or even if something simply feels “off” – our care team
will help you determine the root-cause and will work with you to develop your unique care plan.
We can work with you to come up with a plan for your:

Heavy Bleeding2023-06-21T16:01:38-05:00

Periods do typically fluctuate, but if your bleeding lasts more than 7 days or if you soak through a tampon or pad in an hour (or if your flow just feels “off”), you can find relief. We’ll help you get to the root-cause of your heavy bleeding and work with you to find the solution that works best for your needs and lifestyle.

Irregular Bleeding2023-06-21T16:02:13-05:00

Feel like you never know when your period’s going to come? We can help you get to the root of what’s causing your irregular periods, how to track and monitor them, and then work with you on a personalized care plan to address the root-cause.

Spotting2023-06-21T16:02:44-05:00

Are you experiencing spotting in between your periods? We’ll work with you to get to the root-cause of your spotting and develop a personalized care plan to treat it.

Cramping & Pelvic Pain2023-06-21T16:03:14-05:00

Cramping can be a normal part of your period, but if you’re experiencing severe cramping, that isn’t helped with over-the-counter medications, we can help you find relief! Even if you experience other pelvic pain during your period, we can help. We’ll talk with you about your symptoms, past medical history, and work with you to find the root-cause of your painful periods and pelvic pain. We’ll then work with you to develop a long-term personalized care plan.

Missed Periods2023-06-21T16:03:45-05:00

Have you missed one or more periods lately and don’t believe you are pregnant? We can help you get to the root-cause of your missed periods and work with you to develop a long-term, individualized care plan.

Severe PMS Symptoms2023-06-21T16:04:24-05:00

We’ve all heard it before – “it’s just that time of the month”. While it is normal to experience PMS symptoms before, during, and even after your period, PMS symptoms can become severe enough that they need to be treated. If you feel extreme depression, anxiety, mood swings appetite changes, or just feel like you “become a different person” before or during your period, we are here for you. We’ll work with you to develop a care plan that helps address the root-cause of your severe PMS symptoms, and sets you on the path to living happier and healthier.

Mood Swings & Depression2023-06-21T16:04:54-05:00

While you might not think about it, your menstrual health can impact your mental health. If you’re experiencing severe mood swings and depression before or during your period, it could be a sign of a greater issue with your menstrual health. We believe in whole health that addresses your physical, mental, and emotional health. We’ll discuss your symptoms with you and then work with you to develop an individualized care plan that may include speaking with our therapist or a therapist referral.

Your First Visit With Diana Health

We’re not your typical OB/GYN practice. How so?
Because our visits are designed around listening to
and empowering YOU – and you alone.

Step 1

You’ll complete your intake form online. Here you will tell us a little bit more about yourself – and what you are experiencing & feeling.

Step 2

To kick off your visit, your provider will sit with you, listen to your story and get to know the whole you. We’ll ask about your medical history, family history, and any other information that makes you uniquely you.

Step 3

We believe that physical exams should be consent-based and guided by evidence. Before any physical exam, we’ll ask for your consent first and walk you through what to expect during the exam, step-by-step. If at any point you don’t feel comfortable, you can always let us know and we will stop the exam.

Step 4

We’ll work directly with you to create a comprehensive plan of action that accounts for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being – and – sets you on a path towards freedom from your challenging periods.
