Ready to get your groove on? We’re partnering with The Putnam County Family YMCA, the Upper Cumberland Child Advocacy Center, and the YMCA’s Go Pink Breast Cancer Survivor Program to offer our clients a FREE WERQ dance fitness class! That’s right – FREE!
Join us on May 4th, from 6:00 – 6:45pm at The Putnam County Family YMCA for a high-energy, fun WERQ out class. WERQ is a widely addictive cardio dance workout set to today’s hottest hits! This class is great for beginners and participants of all ages.
You don’t have to be a current member of The Putnam County Family YMCA to attend, but the YMCA will be providing discounted memberships and free day passes at the class. Plus, you’ll learn about the amazing causes behind The Upper Cumberland Child Advocacy Center and the YMCA’s Go Pink Breast Cancer Survivor Program. Diana Health | OB/GYN Associates is donating the cost of the class to both of these incredible organizations.
Would like to attend but need childcare? The YMCA is providing childcare services for all of our class participants, just let us know when you sign up if you need this service!
We can’t wait to dance, sweat, laugh, and connect with all you. Bring a friend and join in the fun! Spaces are first-come, first-serve, and refreshments will be provided post-class.
