Diana Health is thrilled to host a FREE virtual yoga class for women of all ages and skill levels! Join our Health & Wellness Coach and certified yoga therapist, Dayna Jondal, as she leads you through a 45 minute yoga flow. This is the perfect time to tune into your body, center your mind, and give back to yourself during the week.

Our class is open to women of all ages and skill levels, including pregnant participants! Modifications for each pose will be provided for those who need them. We hope to see you there!
