Care Navigator

Sarah Hains joins Diana Health as our second Care Navigator in our Smyrna practice! She brings to Diana Health her passion for connecting with people, and learning from their experiences and challenges. This same passion drove her to obtain her Bachelor’s degree from MTSU in Psychology. She also has a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling! Prior to joining Diana Health, Sarah worked with Connectus as a Patient Service Representative, where she helped coordinate the transfer of patient medical records into the practice, along with helping patients schedule appointments and answer insurance and billing questions. She is so excited to join Diana Health, because she strongly connects with our care model and how we truly listen to and respect our clients’ needs and preferences. As a Care Navigator, she looks forward to connecting with clients, guiding them through their healthcare journeys, and ensuring each woman receives the right care when and where she needs it. Outside of work, you can find Sarah attending a hot yoga class, playing tennis, and cooking her favorite dishes!
