Dayna is a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) who loves supporting women to take small steps in the direction of self-love and self-care. She has a M.A. degree in Integrative Health & Well-being Coaching and is completing training as a yoga therapist. She has worked both independently and for major medical centers with a diverse range of clients looking to make lifestyle changes, such as: enhancing sleep, losing weight, managing stress, and improving relationships. Her specialization is in mind-body medicine and enhancing resilience holistically.
