I’m honored to celebrate with women on their happiest days and walk with them through the difficult ones. After struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss for six years, I understand the heartbreak personally and professionally. It’s a privilege to help women complete their families, and I’m excited to partner with Diana Health to bring vital services and support to our community.

Will Smith, MD, holds a Bachelor of Science from East Tennessee State University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining Diana Health, he served for 12 years as the Service Chief for Women’s Health and also contributed to the Medical Executive and Professional Quality and Peer Review Committees at a local Upper Cumberland area hospital.
Dr. Smith is passionate about providing compassionate care for women at all stages of life. He finds joy in celebrating the happiest moments with his patients, particularly during pregnancy and childbirth, and feels deeply honored to walk with them through more challenging times when needed. His personal journey with infertility and pregnancy loss, alongside his wife Julia, has given him a unique understanding of the emotional and physical hurdles many women face. After six years of struggle, they were blessed with twins, Caitlyn and Emma, and Dr. Smith is especially grateful for the opportunity to help others complete their families.
He is excited to partner with Diana Health to bring much-needed services to their community and enhance the care available for women in Crossville and surrounding areas.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Smith is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys early mornings in the deer stand, sunsets by the bonfire, and spending time with his family. He and Julia enjoy their farm life, raising horses and chickens, and he treasures moments spent fishing with his father. Above all, Dr. Smith values unplugging from technology and immersing himself in nature and family.
