I want every patient to feel heard, seen, and safe. My goal is to provide individualized, compassionate care that recognizes each person’s unique needs—both inside and outside the exam room.

Tiffany Stranger-Williams, APRN, CNM joins Diana Health as a Certified Nurse Midwife with experience providing full-scope midwifery care for both low- and high-risk pregnancies. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where every patient feels heard, seen, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

Tiffany earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from St. Johns State College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. Prior to joining Diana Health, she provided comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care at Dr. Hyler & Associates, LLC.

Her clinical interests include labor support, patient-centered care, physiological birth, and caring for both low- and high-risk pregnancies. Inspired by her own personal experiences, Tiffany is committed to addressing disparities in healthcare and ensuring every individual has access to compassionate, individualized care that extends beyond the exam room.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters—a teenager and twin toddlers. Their family loves trips to Disney, pool days, concerts, and spending time with friends. Tiffany and her husband are regulars at Burn Boot Camp, and she also enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, crocheting, and planning future road trips with her family.
