Stephanie Kress, APRN, PMHNP-BC, LCSW, NE-PMC, RYT-200 is a compassionate psychiatric mental health provider, nurse leader, yoga instructor, and professional speaker dedicated to safe, equitable, and patient-centered care. With over 20 years of combined experience in mental health care and philanthropic service, Stephanie brings a deeply holistic approach to supporting women’s emotional, mental, and overall well-being.

As an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and adjunct nursing faculty member in Tennessee, as well as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with private independent practice in Alabama, Stephanie brings extensive clinical and leadership experience to her work. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) from Virginia Wesleyan University, a Master of Social Work with Clinical Concentration from Norfolk State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing and Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (VUSN). She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at VUSN with an anticipated graduation in May 2026.

Stephanie is passionate about holistic health and believes in caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Born on International Women’s Day, she finds deep meaning in uplifting and empowering women as a leader, clinician, and advocate, helping them preserve hope and cultivate personal fulfillment throughout life’s transitions.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys sunshine on the Emerald Coast, hiking, white water rafting, yoga, and spending meaningful time with family and friends; activities that ground her personally and inform her approach to balanced, intentional living.
