CNM, Regional Director

Certified Nurse Midwife
Allen

What I love about midwifery is the privilege of being alongside women during some of the most significant moments of their lives. The essence of midwifery is captured in its very name—’with woman’—and it’s an honor to share in their journeys.

Samantha Eubanks, DNP, CNM, is deeply passionate about women’s health and joins Diana Health as a Clinical Regional Director with over 25 years of experience in the field. Her journey began as a women’s health nurse, where she progressed through roles from staff nurse to charge nurse, educator, manager, and administrator. Despite this career trajectory, Samantha had always been drawn to midwifery—a dream she first nurtured at the age of 15. Though it took time for her to pursue this path, her unwavering passion ultimately led her to become a midwife.

For Samantha, the decision to become a midwife was driven by a deep desire to support women through life-changing moments—from pregnancy and childbirth to nursing and contraception. While assisting in the birth of a baby is a rewarding aspect of her work, she finds the greatest fulfillment in building lasting relationships with her patients, getting to know their families, and offering support through the various stages of their lives.

Her career has taken her to several locations, including St. Louis, Austin, and Kerrville, before she returned to the North Texas area. Samantha completed her educational journey with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Master’s in Midwifery from Texas Tech, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Texas at Austin. This wealth of education and experience enriches her role as a midwife.

Samantha’s philosophy of care is grounded in openness, creating space for patients, and being a compassionate and supportive guide through their health journeys. She believes in providing individualized care that honors each woman’s unique needs and aspirations, fostering a trusting, collaborative relationship with every patient.

Samantha resides in Denton with her partner, Leonard, and their dog, Mavis. As an only child, she deeply values her time with her mother and extended family, cherishing the close-knit community they share.
