Motherhood is so multifaceted. It asks us to summon courage for the wild adventure of pregnancy and birth, while also navigating ever-changing emotions, bodies, and relationships. It is an honor to walk alongside women through these transformations. At Diana Health, we believe in teamwork—and the women we serve are an essential part of that team. Together, we make the dream work.
Specialties: Natural pregnancy care; labor support; breastfeeding
Rebeccah Fletcher, CNM, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2016 and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice there in 2017. She has extensive experience in both hospital and community-based midwifery, bringing compassionate, evidence-based care to women and families.
Her work has included serving as a Certified Nurse-Midwife at Ascension St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville, where she specialized in labor triage, management of pregnancy concerns, and the evaluation and treatment of high-risk pregnancy and postpartum complications. She has also served in a leadership role with Floyd Lee Locums & International SOS at Fort Pickett in Virginia, where she initiated and managed an obstetric program for Afghan refugees, providing full-scope midwifery care, implementing clinic processes, and coordinating care for medically fragile patients. Additionally, Rebeccah has provided full-scope care at Montrose Memorial Hospital, Heartland Women’s Healthcare, and Shawnee Healthcare OB/GYN.
Rebeccah was drawn to Diana Health’s model of care as she believes that becoming a mother is a courageous and transformative journey. She finds it an honor to support women through the many changes of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and values the teamwork that makes this care possible.
Outside of her work, Rebeccah is a mother of four and a proud grandmother. She loves spending time in nature and enjoys cooking, knitting, painting, drawing, and reading.
