Nicole “Nicky” Rawson, CNM, MPH, ND, is a certified nurse-midwife with more than 20 years of experience serving women and families through community health nursing and midwifery care. Her career has taken her throughout the Eastern United States and to communities in Central America and Africa, where she has worked to support equitable, patient-centered care across a wide range of settings.

Nicky earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature before completing a Master of Public Health, Midwifery Certificate, and Doctorate in Community Health Nursing. She is passionate about providing compassionate, respectful care that honors each woman’s individual experiences, values, and goals.

She believes midwifery is rooted in autonomy, equity, and respect for the contexts in which women live and receive healthcare, and she values Diana Health’s commitment to bringing that philosophy to life through a midwifery-focused model of care.

Nicky provides well-woman care, prenatal care, contraception counseling, and menopause support. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, biking, and exploring waterfalls whenever she can get outdoors.
