Nicole Badillo, MSN, WHNP, is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping women navigate every stage of life with confidence, comfort, and compassionate care.

Nicole earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing before building her career in women’s health. Prior to joining Diana Health, she practiced in New Mexico, where she provided comprehensive gynecologic care for women of all ages and managed a wide range of complex women’s health conditions.

Nicole is passionate about supporting women through the many changes and transitions they experience throughout life. She enjoys helping patients find answers, relief, and reassurance while creating a welcoming environment where they feel heard and supported. Drawn to Diana Health’s patient-centered approach, she values providing care that prioritizes women’s comfort, needs, and overall well-being.

Originally from Grove, Oklahoma, Nicole now lives in Florida with her husband and their beloved dog. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, visiting Disney, gaming, and watching movies with her family.
