I have always had a passion for women’s health. I believe that every woman should have access to care that is not only quality care, safe care, and best practices, but also that empowers her and allows her to establish a relationship with her provider. Having a trusting and meaningful relationship with my patients allows me to give them the best care possible. I love getting to know my patients and their needs so that they feel comfortable coming to me with their healthcare concerns.

Meryl Gardner, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has a passion for women’s health and believes every woman deserves access to care that is safe, high-quality, and centered around her individual needs. She is especially passionate about building trusting relationships with her patients and creating an environment where women feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and taking an active role in their healthcare.

Meryl provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including hormone replacement therapy and birth control counseling. Before joining Diana Health, she provided OB-GYN care in a clinical setting at Woodland Heights Women’s Health.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from United States University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University. Meryl is excited to bring a relationship-centered approach to care to the women of Southeast Texas.

Outside of work, Meryl is a mom to two sons, ages 9 and 12, and loves spending time outdoors with her family. Whether they’re at the lake, beach, or in the mountains, her family enjoys fishing, swimming, kayaking, skiing, and cheering on her boys in their sports and other activities. They’re also big animal lovers and enjoy spending time with their pets.
