Marsha Gross, APRN, CNM, joins Diana Health as a Lead Certified Nurse Midwife with a passion for helping women feel heard, respected, informed, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.

Before joining Diana Health, Marsha founded and owned Flourish Birth & Wellness Center, where she provided compassionate, relationship-centered care to women and families. Her experience includes labor support, fertility care, and perinatal care.

Marsha believes every woman deserves high-quality healthcare built on trust and meaningful relationships. She was drawn to Diana Health because of its shared commitment to compassionate care and a collaborative approach that empowers women to be active participants in their healthcare.

Outside of work, Marsha enjoys reading, cooking, camping, hosting parties, and watching college football. She is also a Girl Scout troop leader and loves spending time with her family and cheering her children on in their many activities.
