Makayla Blaylock, FNP, is deeply passionate about providing compassionate, holistic care in women’s health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) designation, both from Tennessee Technological University. Makayla is drawn to the comprehensive care model at Diana Health and is excited to offer supportive, patient-centered care to women throughout their healthcare journeys.

Prior to joining Diana Health, Makayla gained valuable experience working as a nurse in the obstetrics (OB) department, where she developed a strong foundation in maternal health. She then transitioned to a nurse practitioner role in the gastroenterology department at Cookeville Regional Medical Group, where she honed her skills in patient care and medical management. This diverse clinical background has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and a holistic approach to healthcare, making her an ideal provider for her patients.

Makayla’s commitment to women’s health is evident in her dedication to creating a safe, trusting environment where patients feel supported and empowered. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and is passionate about helping them achieve optimal health and well-being.

Outside of her professional life, Makayla enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and her husband, Levi, love exploring the many parks in the area with their young son, Easton, creating lasting memories and enjoying the beauty of their community. Makayla is thrilled to be part of the Diana Health team and looks forward to making a positive impact on the health and lives of the women she serves.
