Lisa Mattke, APRN, CNM, is a Certified Nurse-Midwife with nearly three decades of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women across the lifespan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire before completing her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse-Midwifery at Oregon Health Sciences University in 1997.
Before joining Diana Health, Lisa practiced as a Certified Nurse-Midwife with Presbyterian OB/GYN Medical Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for 12 years. Earlier in her career, she provided midwifery care in St. Paul, Minnesota, and Homer, Alaska, after spending nine years as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Seattle, Washington. Throughout her career, Lisa has cared for women in a variety of settings, supporting patients through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, preventive gynecologic care, and menopause while building lasting relationships grounded in trust and shared decision-making.
Lisa is passionate about providing holistic, personalized care that empowers women to take an active role in their health. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard and supported, with access to evidence-based information that allows them to make informed decisions based on their own beliefs, values, and goals. She was drawn to Diana Health because of its commitment to whole-person care and its mission to transform the healthcare experience by putting relationships, education, and patient empowerment at the center of every visit.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and gardening. She also loves traveling and exploring new places, finding inspiration and connection through nature, adventure, and the communities she visits.
