La’Joya McDonald, LCSW, is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker who holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work. With a deep commitment to mental health advocacy, La’Joya specializes in supporting women through life’s most challenging transitions, including navigating stress, anxiety, grief, relationship dynamics, and personal growth. She works with individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs and experiences of each woman she serves.

La’Joya’s therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices. She empowers her clients by equipping them with effective coping strategies, emotional resilience, and self-care tools to help them not only overcome difficulties but thrive in all aspects of their lives. Her passion for mental health advocacy drives her to create a safe, supportive space where women can explore their inner strength and embrace their healing journey.

Outside of her professional life, La’Joya is a proud mother to two amazing daughters, and the three of them share a love for travel and cultural exploration. Whether she’s helping others navigate their personal challenges or making memories with her family, La’Joya remains deeply committed to supporting women’s mental and emotional well-being. She is honored to be part of the Diana Health team and is excited to continue making a meaningful impact in women’s lives.
