Kirby Busca, PMHNP, is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing high-quality, holistic healthcare to women. With a career rooted in women’s health, Kirby’s experience working in an outpatient women’s health clinic as a nurse practitioner sparked her interest in mental health, driving her to pursue advanced training in psychiatric care. Her dedication to helping wome thrive is what drew her to the Diana Health model of care, with a comprehensive and holsitic approach. 

Throughout her career, Kirby has witnessed the profound impact mental health can have on a woman’s overall well-being, and she is dedicated to providing care that empowers women to take control of both their physical and mental health. Her firm belief that women must support and uplift one another is the foundation of her practice.

While pursuing her mental health degree, Kirby also worked as a nurse in labor and delivery, understanding the critical connection between labor and mental health. This experience deepened her commitment to providing well-rounded, empathetic care that addresses both the emotional and physical needs of women.

Outside of her professional life, Kirby enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking—though finding mountains in Florida can be a challenge! She also loves relaxing beach days with a good book and is always up for a fun shopping trip.
