Kiley Miliano, CNM, is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to women throughout every stage of life. She earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by a Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery and Women’s Health Nurse Practice from Georgetown University.

Before joining Diana Health, Kiley provided comprehensive care at West Coast Women’s Specialists in Bradenton, Florida. Her clinical experience includes supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, as well as delivering gynecologic care from menarche through menopause. She has extensive experience in contraceptive counseling, infertility support, PCOS management, and hormone replacement therapy.

Kiley believes deeply in equitable, respectful, patient-centered care. Having witnessed how women’s concerns are sometimes dismissed or pressured into unwanted interventions, she is committed to listening closely, empowering patients, and ensuring they feel supported and in control of their healthcare decisions.

Originally from Chattanooga, Kiley lives with her three dogs, two cats, and her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, quilting, watching musicals, and spending time with her family.
