Julia Del Valle, CNM, is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife with a focus on providing midwifery care that is centered around each individual woman’s needs. With a background in both nursing and midwifery, Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing, along with certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife. She also serves as an adjunct clinical instructor at Pensacola State College, where she mentors the next generation of healthcare providers. Julia is especially drawn to Diana Health’s patient-centered care philosophy, which aligns with her own commitment to empowering women
Julia’s approach to care is grounded in collaboration and shared decision-making, ensuring that every woman has the opportunity to work toward her best self, whether in pregnancy, birth, or general health. She values evidence-based care, making decisions together with her patients to help them achieve their health goals.
In addition to her work in midwifery, Julia is an experienced home birth midwife and offers support for natural labor and birth. She provides comprehensive prenatal care, labor support, annual women’s health care, and contraception counseling and management.
Julia is part of a retired Air Force family and is familiar with the unique aspects of military life. She is married with three children, two boys and a girl, and has a dog named Link and two cats, Luna and Twilight. Outside of work, Julia loves to travel, play sports, enjoy outdoor activities, and explore cuisine from all around the world.
