Josie Willis, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife with a deep passion for empowering women through education and compassionate care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Lawrence University and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Midwifery from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. As a Lead CNM, she is committed to providing women with the time and space they need to fully understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their healthcare.

With a focus on labor support, prenatal care, and contraceptive counseling, Josie takes pride in partnering with women throughout their health and pregnancy journeys. She is continually inspired by the strength of women and is dedicated to creating a supportive, educational environment where patients feel heard and empowered.

Originally from Hawaii, Josie enjoys traveling, sewing, and gardening in her free time. She is married and the proud mother of three children, balancing her family life with her passion for women’s health and education.

Josie is excited to continue supporting women in their health and wellness, helping them navigate each stage of life with confidence and care.
