My passion for women’s health and joining Diana Health is rooted in being a helping hand for women navigating some of life’s most difficult moments. My goal is to be a ‘Shero’ supporting other ‘Sheroes.’

Jolaunda Hoye-Davis, LCSW, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work from Tougaloo College and a Master’s in Social Work from Jackson State University. She brings a strong clinical background and deep passion for supporting women through life’s most challenging seasons.

Prior to joining Diana Health, Jolaunda served as a VAD/Heart Transplant Medical Social Worker II at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she completed psychosocial assessments, provided short-term counseling, offered crisis intervention, and connected patients and families to critical resources. She collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.

She previously worked as a Mental Health Therapist at the Tennessee Prison for Women, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy, and providing crisis management and suicide prevention interventions for high-risk inmates.

A proud wife and mother of two, Jolaunda enjoys cooking, bowling, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Known for her warmth and Southern hospitality, she brings empathy, compassion, and genuine care to every patient interaction.
