Dr. Jack Rowland, MD, has been practicing medicine for nearly 30 years, with almost two decades serving the Chattanooga community. He earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, completed his internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and also participated in an internship at the National Institutes of Health. He holds OB/GYN certifications in California, Tennessee, and Georgia, and is board-certified by the American Board of OB/GYN.

Driven by a desire to serve, Dr. Rowland specializes in guiding women through every stage of life—from family planning and pregnancy to childbirth and menopause—offering continuity of care that fosters deep trust and connection. One of the most rewarding aspects of his work is being present for some of the most joyous moments in his patients’ lives. Dr. Rowland’s commitment to excellence in patient care has been recognized throughout the region, most recently with the Physician of the Year award at Parkridge East Hospital and a nomination for the Frist Humanitarian Award.
