Frances Sahrphillips, CNM, MS, FACNM, joins Diana Health with more than 20 years of experience providing comprehensive midwifery and women’s healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia, and her Master of Science in Midwifery from Philadelphia University.

Frances spent 15 years in a physician-owned private practice serving families throughout Camden County and the surrounding communities, where she helped build a thriving women’s health practice. Following the practice’s acquisition by Southeast Georgia Health System, she continued providing full-scope midwifery care across the lifespan. Frances is passionate about supporting women through every stage of life. One of the greatest joys of her career has been caring for multiple generations of the same families.

Frances was drawn to women’s healthcare because she loves helping women feel informed, empowered, and confident in their care. Diana Health’s whole-person approach and mission to provide compassionate, individualized care closely align with the way she has practiced throughout her career.

Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time at home with her wife and family. Together they have two adult sons and a daughter who is a senior in high school. They love traveling, relaxing at the beach, and making the most of time together.
