Midwives are present for all of life’s stages: from menses to pregnancy, birth to menopause. We are there for the cries of pain and the tears of joy, offering our hands to both bring life into the world and ease the pain that time inevitably brings. It is an honor and privilege to be a midwife, serving each patient and their family under the Diana Health model of care. I am grateful to be part of a team that treats this work with such sanctity and respect, always placing patient choice and compassion at the forefront of every encounter.

Chloe Penton, CNM, joins Diana Health with a deep commitment to supporting women and families through all stages of life. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures with a Hispanic Studies concentration and a Minor in Public Health from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Chloe went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, where she honed her skills as a compassionate and knowledgeable midwife. Chloe feels honored to serve her patients and their families within the Diana Health model, where respect for the individual’s unique experience and autonomy is paramount.

Originally from Nashville, Chloe is passionate about her city and the vibrant community it holds. Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading, sleeping in, traveling, indulging in overpriced coffee, and attending comedy shows.
