Diana Health exists to provide unmatched care and is breaking down walls/barriers, in the search for healthcare that is meaningful and individualized.

Chanille Witham, APRN, CNM, is proud to be providing whole-person healthcare at Diana Health to the women in the Smyrna community. She is passionate about empowering women to take the lead in their health and wellness journey.
Prior to joining Diana Health, she served as a Nurse-Midwife in Wisconsin and the Nashville area. Previously, she worked as a Child Life Specialist and RN in children’s hospitals.
Chanille holds a BS in Psychology and Master’s degrees in both Family and Consumer Sciences and Nurse-Midwifery. She is deeply committed to her life’s work as a Nurse-Midwife, and loves building relationships with women, which serve as the foundation to support each woman’s needs and desires for their healthcare experience throughout their lifespan.
