My passion is improving access to quality healthcare for women and helping every patient make informed decisions that support her health and well-being.

Dr. Anesha Maxwell Gray, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to women at every stage of life. Raised in rural South Carolina, she developed an early understanding of the healthcare challenges faced by underserved communities, inspiring her lifelong commitment to improving access to care and advancing health equity.

Dr. Gray earned her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina Aiken and received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida College of Medicine–Jacksonville.

Throughout her career, Dr. Gray has cared for women in a variety of healthcare settings, including federally qualified health centers, community hospitals, and regional health systems across the Southeast. She is passionate about helping patients make informed decisions about their health and providing personalized care that supports their individual needs and goals.

Outside of the office, Dr. Gray enjoys traveling, gardening, and photography. She is a proud new mom of two girls who she enjoys spending as much time as possible with. She is committed to mentorship, leadership, and community service and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and supports initiatives focused on education, public service, and advocacy.
