I’m passionate about guiding patients through complex medical concerns and life transitions while treating them as whole people, so they feel empowered, validated, heard, and strong.

Alex Kitchens, FNP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from the University of Georgia before completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s degree at Lincoln Memorial University. She spent seven years at LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare caring for women across the lifespan and is passionate about walking alongside patients through every stage of life.
Alex values holistic, partnership-based care that empowers women to feel strong, validated, and heard, which is ultimately what drew her to Diana Health.
A Chattanooga native and Notre Dame High School graduate, Alex has worn many hats over the years, from teaching marine science and SCUBA diving on Catalina Island to teaching elementary science in Los Angeles before returning to Tennessee to begin her nursing career. She and her husband have two toddler boys and a large dog. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, playing soccer, staying active, and relaxing in the sunshine.
