Menopause Group Visit (TN/FL Only)-Restorative Sleep for Midlife

April 14 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Free
Improving your sleep can be one of the most powerful ways to support your overall health.

Please note: this group is for Tennessee and Florida residents only. Group visits are designed for sharing important health information and to provide a safe space to ask questions, address concerns, and connect/learn from other women on the same journey as you. These visits will be billed to your insurance, just like a telehealth visit would be, so all applicable copays and coinsurance will still apply. Please check with your insurance company if you have questions about your cost-sharing responsibilities. A Zoom link will get sent to you approximately 24 hours before the visit, for you to join.

Poor sleep isn’t just frustrating—it can intensify many of the challenges women face in midlife, including weight gain, fatigue, mood swings, aches and pains, and memory issues. Sleep often becomes significantly more challenging during the menopausal transition. As estrogen levels decline, falling asleep and staying asleep can feel like a nightly battle, with frequent awakenings and restless nights becoming the norm.

But while your body is changing, your need for rest is not. The good news? Improving your sleep can be one of the most powerful ways to support your overall health. In this month’s group visit we will discuss how to stop watching the clock and start reclaiming the deep, restorative rest your body and mind truly need.

We’ll explore:

  • Why Prioritizing Sleep Matters: How sleep impacts your brain and metabolic health, your weight, and your physical vitality.
  • Daytime Habits that Support Better Sleep: Rather than relying on sleep medications—which can have unwanted side effects—we’ll discuss how what you do during the day can impact how you sleep at night
  • Managing the Two Big Sleep Disruptors: We’ll address night sweats and nighttime awakenings, and explore practical ways to combat these challenges
  • Designing Your Sleep Sanctuary: Steps you can take to ensure your bedroom provides the ideal environment for restful sleep

If you’re ready to fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling refreshed and energized—Sign up today! You don’t have to accept exhaustion as part of aging, reclaim your rest and feel your best once again.
