Menopause Group Visit – Optimizing Sexual Wellness in Menopause

January 27, 2026 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free
Designed to give women in peri/menopause a safe supportive space to understand these changes and learn practical tools for sexual wellbeing.

Menopause brings real changes to sexual desire, arousal, orgasm, and comfort. Declining estrogen can affect lubrication, sensitivity, and pelvic floor strength—while stress, sleep changes, mood, and body image can influence desire and intimacy. These changes are normal, but they can also feel confusing, frustrating, or isolating.

This month’s group visit is designed to give women in peri/menopause a safe, supportive space to understand these changes and learn practical tools for sexual well-being.

What you will learn:

  • Managing Physical Changes & Pain: Understand how hormonal changes affect your pelvic floor, gentle hygiene practices and what supports comfort, and how pelvic floor exercises can help improve pelvic function and reduce pain
  • Enhancing Emotional & Relational Intimacy: Broaden your definition of sexuality, learn about tools and strategies for reducing stress and anxiety, and strengthening desire
  • Lifestyle Support: Discover how nutrition can help promote better sexual health

Join us for this compassionate, empowering session designed to help women in menopause reconnect with their bodies, pleasure, and confidence—at any age. Sign up today!

Please note this is a virtual group visit. This group visit will be billed to your insurance, just as a regular office visit would be. All applicable copays and coinsurance will still apply, so please check with your insurance provider if you have any questions about your cost-sharing responsibilities. You will receive a Zoom link for this group visit approximately 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
