Weight Management Group Visit-Time Outs That Transform

January 8, 2026 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Learn how to reframe breaks from guilt-inducing interruptions into empowerment moments that restore energy, reduce stress, and more.

In today’s fast-paced world, being busy is often treated as a “status symbol,” leaving little room for rest; yet, what if there was virtue in work and virtue in rest? What if you could stop feeling guilty for taking time-outs and instead adopt self-care as a foundational component to living a healthy lifestyle and achieving your goals?

Just as flight attendants instruct you to “Secure your oxygen mask before helping anyone with theirs,” self-care means taking time out of your busyness to care for and prioritize yourself. In this month’s group visit, you’ll learn how to reframe breaks from guilt-inducing interruptions into empowerment moments that restore energy, reduce stress, improve focus, and motivate you to keep moving forward.

We’ll explore:

  • Mini Time-Outs (1–10 minutes): Quick strategies to reset your mind and body
  • Longer Time-Outs (20–30 minutes): Restorative activities for recharging and refocusing
  • Integrating Self-Care: Practical ways to incorporate nutrition, movement, and relaxation into your daily life to support better weight management

Sign up today if you are ready to create a personalized plan to reboot, repower, and transform your efforts!

This group visit will be billed to your insurance, just as a regular office visit would be. All applicable copays and coinsurance will still apply, so please check with your insurance provider if you have any questions about your cost-sharing responsibilities. Please note this is a virtual group visit. You will receive a Zoom link for this group visit approximately 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
