Shan’Terika Remo, MD, is a board certified OB-GYN who is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women at every stage of life. She earned a double major Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Chemistry, as well as her medical degree, from Louisiana State University. She went on to serve in the U.S. Army and completed her OB-GYN residency training at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Here, she achieved the distinction of Chief Resident.
Prior to joining Diana Health, Dr. Remo practiced as a Staff Physician OB/GYN and active duty military at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. Dr. Remo has an extensive research background, presenting and publishing on many topics related to cellular biology, particularly stem cell research.
Dr. Remo has a strong clinical interest in women’s health, high-quality obstetric care, and building trusted relationships with her patients. With a background in chemistry, biochemistry, and medical research, she brings a thoughtful, science-driven approach to care while prioritizing clear communication and patient comfort. She is passionate about supporting her patients’ health goals and delivering care that is respectful, thorough, and personalized.
