Danielle Dailey
CNM
Certified Nurse Midwife
Cookeville
I transitioned from labor and delivery nursing to become a Certified Nurse Midwife because I wanted to do more to improve women’s healthcare. I’m passionate about empowering women to take the lead in their care, providing education, and helping them build confidence in their health. I’m excited to be part of transforming care into a more holistic, patient-focused experience.
Specialties: Labor support; PCOS; vaginitis; abnormal uterine bleeding
Danielle Dailey, CNM, began her journey into midwifery with a deep passion for labor and delivery nursing. Having loved the field so much, she never imagined stepping away. However, after a few years, Danielle recognized areas where women’s healthcare could improve, and she felt the desire to make a larger impact. This led her to pursue further education to become a Certified Nurse Midwife. Today, Danielle is thrilled to help empower women in their healthcare decisions and believes deeply in the importance of informed choice, education, and supportive care within the framework of Diana Health’s model of care.
With a commitment to changing the landscape of women’s health, Danielle aims to foster an environment where women are the leaders in their own care. She strives to guide them through normal physiological processes with reassurance and confidence, helping them rediscover their strength. By promoting trust and a patient-centered approach, Danielle aligns with the mission of Diana Health to move away from a traditional medical model and create a more holistic, individualized care experience.
Outside of her professional life, Danielle has been married for almost 10 years and is the proud mother of three energetic children. When not caring for her family, she enjoys outdoor adventures, especially by a quiet creek, and finds relaxation in hobbies like quilting, crocheting, and knitting. A beginner at these crafts, she appreciates the calming effect they offer in her downtime. Danielle is also an avid reader of fiction, finding peace and joy in getting lost in a good book.
