Mini Chadda, DO, is a board-certified OBGYN and Fellow of ACOG. She founded a Houston women’s health practice serving 4,000+ patients and taught at Baylor College of Medicine. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of obstetrical and gynecological services, including laparoscopic surgeries, management of high-risk pregnancies, and specialized care for VBAC patients. Now in North Texas, she brings her expertise to Diana Health, delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to women in the community.
Dr. Chadda has extensive experience in both clinical care and academic medicine. After spending eight years in the Houston area as part of the Memorial Hermann Medical Group, she relocated to North Texas in 2021. During her time in Houston, Dr. Chadda founded her own women’s health practice, which served over 4,000 patients. She also contributed to the Baylor College of Medicine as a faculty member. Dr. Chadda is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
She earned her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury and completed her OBGYN residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY, where she served as chief resident in her final year.
Dr. Chadda offers comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, including laparoscopic surgeries, high-risk pregnancy management (for conditions such as diabetes, obesity, preeclampsia, and pre-term delivery), and specialized care for vaginal birth after Cesarean (VBAC) patients. She is skilled in performing the LEEP procedure, colposcopies, and contraceptive insertion/removal, as well as other minimally invasive surgeries. Additionally, she is proficient in ultrasound imaging. Fluent in both Hindi and Punjabi, Dr. Chadda is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for women of all backgrounds.
