Aspen McDonald, FNP, is a passionate advocate for women’s health with a diverse and extensive background in healthcare. She began her career in pediatrics and urgent care before transitioning to labor and delivery nursing at Vanderbilt, where she gained invaluable experience supporting women and families during one of the most transformative times in their lives. Aspen is deeply aligned with the mission of Diana Health, as she believes in putting the needs of her patients at the forefront and is committed to improving the standard of care for women’s health through compassionate, personalized care.

Aspen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville and a Master’s in Nursing from Union University. With her comprehensive clinical experience and strong academic foundation, she is dedicated to providing high-quality, whole-person care for women at every stage of life.

Outside of her professional work, Aspen is a proud wife to her husband, Jeremy, and a loving mother to their two energetic and fun-loving sons, Myles and Mack. The family enjoys spending time together at the beach, tailgating, and passionately cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. Aspen brings her warmth, energy, and commitment to both her family and her patients, and she’s excited to continue making a positive impact on the health and well-being of women in her community.
