Courtney McLean, MSN, WHNP, is dedicated to providing comprehensive, whole-person healthcare for women in the Springfield community. With a deep commitment to empowering women and promoting their well-being, Courtney brings a unique perspective to her practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University after completing her undergraduate degree at Seattle Pacific University.

Courtney is particularly passionate about working with adolescents, supporting first-time pregnancies, and offering gender-affirming care. She strives to create an inclusive, compassionate environment where every patient feels respected, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health.

Before joining Diana Health, Courtney spent several years at Neighborhood Health in Nashville, where she provided vital healthcare services to underserved communities. This experience deepened her dedication to improving access to quality healthcare and advocating for the needs of vulnerable populations.

Originally from Western Canada, Courtney enjoys returning home to visit family whenever possible. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with loved ones. Courtney is passionate about providing holistic care for women and looks forward to serving the Springfield community with the personalized, patient-centered approach that Diana Health is known for.
