Brittany was drawn to the mental health field because of her belief in the power and possibility of resilience. She believes healing and growth are possible at any age and stage. Brittany’s presence is compassionate, non-judgmental, and curious. Her therapeutic approach is influenced by attachment-based, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented lenses. Brittany uses interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Psychoanalysis. She supports women in issues related to pregnancy and birth, loss, trauma, transitions, parenting, and behavioral and mood issues. Brittany completed her graduate degree in Social Work at the University of Louisville. She is a licensed clinical social worker and a certified perinatal mental health therapist.
