Dayna is a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) who loves supporting women to take small steps in the direction of self-love and self-care.

“I became passionate about helping women holistically navigate dual roles in career and family, embracing self-care and work-life balance. There are so many unique challenges to being a woman, from balancing hormones to finding outlets for creative expression. I try to offer a holistic space that brings humanities into the clinic, where women can explore what it means to be their full, authentic Self.”
