Physical Activity & Time-Outs: Tracking and diminishing your minutes of sitting, incorporating strength training, and integrating aerobic exercise, balance, and flexibility

Attitude & Goals: Adopting optimism and gratitude, and setting SMART goals that help guide your path

Sleep & Stress Management: Making sleep a priority and stress management techniques to recharge your energy

Purpose, Energy & Social Support: Your personal purpose and cultivating high-quality social connections

This group visit will be billed to your insurance, just as a regular office visit would be. All applicable copays and coinsurance will still apply, so please check with your insurance provider if you have any questions about your cost-sharing responsibilities. Please note this is a virtual group visit. You will receive a Zoom link for this group visit approximately 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
