Uncertainty is a part of our everyday lives. Some unknowns make us especially uncomfortable because we feel out of control. While we might feel powerless, we can learn how to manage ourselves better. Join us for a 4-week group class led by mental health therapist Brittany Volpei as we learn how to establish our peace, channel our strength, and gain new insight to help us better cope with the unknowns of life.

This group will be held every Thursday from April 28th-May 19th from 10:30am-11:3am CST. We plan to do a hybrid of in person and virtual based on preference and availability.
